WELCOME TO OGDEN JETS FOOTBALL
Junior college football has disappeared from numerous states, leaving many high school graduates who aren’t offered major college scholarships with their dreams cut short before they truly begin. Starting in Fall 2023, USA Collegiate and The Coaches Team Foundation, a nonprofit organization, brought junior college football back to Ogden—along with a “gap year” program designed to give recent graduates another shot at achieving their goals.
When people hear “junior college athletics,” they often underestimate the impact this transitional level of competition can have on a student-athlete’s growth both on and off the field. The same holds true for those taking advantage of the gap year opportunity.
The Ogden Jets, one of Utah’s first private teams, are committed to helping post-high school players develop academically, athletically, and physically so they can reach their ultimate goal: playing major college football.

Meet The Head Coach
Jeramy Hunt-Loveless
The Ogden Jets proudly welcome Jeramy Hunt-Loveless as their new Head Coach. A former All-Big West linebacker at Utah State University and All-American at Clearfield High School, Hunt-Loveless brings both championship experience and a deep connection to Utah football. His playing career included three conference titles at Utah State, and his leadership has carried seamlessly into coaching.
Last season, he served the Jets as Defensive and Special Teams Coordinator, Linebackers Coach, and Academic Coordinator. His ability to connect with players, develop their skills, and support their academic growth made him the natural choice to succeed former NFL quarterback Jamie Martin as head coach.
Coach Hunt-Loveless is passionate about preparing athletes for success on and off the field. Rooted in the local community where his own football journey began, he is committed to building on the foundation already in place and leading the Ogden Jets to the next level.
Ogden Jets is the one of first private Post High School Collegiate/JUCO Football teams in Utah whose program will help post-high school football players develop academically, athletically and physically to reach their goal of playing major college football.
