PRICING:
ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION: $50
DAY OF REGISTRATION: $75
Athlete MUST upload*:
Click HERE to provide proof of current medical insurance (copy of insurance card) and a copy of a valid current Athletic Physical form, or Doctor Dictation from the visit. (Unless a significant injury, a Physical Form for the 2024 Football Season should suffice.) Insurance should be under your parents, yourself, or your spouse through another plan.

Athlete is responsible for their own work-out gear,
